Enable Scriptlets in IE7 - Windows

Introduction

In Internet Explorer 7 (IE7), Site Manager’s HTML Editor will not function properly, and it appears "x'ed" out as seen in the screen shot below.

The solution is to enable scriptlets in IE7, under the "ActiveX Controls and Plug-ins" section of the Security Tab of the Internet Options for IE7.

Instructions

Use the Tools menu, and select Internet Options.

Click the Security tab.

Click the  button.

Click the  button.

Click the  option under .  Click  at the bottom of the window.

When the software asks if you are sure about the changes, click the  button.  Click  at the bottom of the next window.

Close out of all Internet Explorer browsers, and then open a new one and sign back in to your Site Manager.

The HTML editor should now work correctly.
