When viewing a large image through the Safari Browser on the Macintosh, some pages you are viewing may not refresh, or may issue an error message. This article walks you through the steps of clearing the cache in the software to resolve these issues. |

Click the Safari menu and select the Empty Cache option.
Click the Empty button in the dialog that appears to confirm the deletion of your cache.
Restart your computer. |
