In Internet Explorer 7, click Tools, and select Internet Options.On the Internet Options screen, select the Advanced tab, select Restore advanced settings, and then click Reset. |

Close the browserOpen a new Internet Explorer window and log in to SurgeMail Client.Click New to compose a new e-mail. You should see a window asking you to install an ActiveX control (Microsoft ® Dynamic HTML Editing Control). |

Click the Information Bar at the top of the browser and select Run ActiveX Control.You will see a Security Warning.Click Run. |

If you do not see the Information Bar or the Active X Control, contact Microsoft to seek an alternate method of installing Microsoft ® Dynamic HTML Editing Control. |
