How to add or edit an affiliate

 

Introduction

This article helps you learn how to add an affiliate to your web site, or edit an existing affiliate’s account.

 

 

Instructions

Step 1:  Open affiliate’s account

First, have the affiliate create an affiliate account on your web site through the Join Affiliate Program link.

After their account has been created, click the  link under the Marketing column in Site Manager.

 

 

Next, click the  link.

 

 

Click on the e-mail address of the affiliate whose account you wish to approve or edit.

 

 

Step 2:  Configure affiliate’s account

At a minimum, you must check    the Authorize Affiliate box, enter a Commission amount, and check   at least one item in the Commission Earned area.  In general, you will also want your affiliate to Receive E-mail.  You will also want your web site to notify you when your affiliate has earned a nice payout amount by setting a Payout Threshold.

 

 

When done making changes, click the  button.
