This article helps you learn how gift cards work with your eMerchantClub e-commerce Web site.

Instructions

Enter your Site Manager.

Click the Gift Cards link.

The page will show how many gift cards you have, and how many pages it takes to display the cards at 15 per page.  Use the arrows or the Page # box to change to a different page of cards.

Three columns will give you a lot of information on the gift cards:

·         the number of the card

·         how much the card was for originally

·         how much balance remains on the card

To find the history on a particular gift card, either click the Gift Card number, or enter the gift card number in the Enter Gift Card Id box, and click the  button.

The history will display the date and time the gift card was redeemed, how much balance of the card was used, and how much remains.  It will also display which order(s) the card was used on.

The main Gift Cards page will also display how many total gift cards you have purchased, the total purchase amount, how much has been redeemed, and the remaining balance of gift cards.
