Introduction

This article helps you learn how to create and use an Upsell Promotion.

An Upsell Promotion will recommend to your customer that they purchase a different product – one that they will like better, and may earn you a higher profit margin.

Instructions

Step 1:  Create the promotion

On the Site Manager main menu, click the Promotions link.

Click the Upsell Promotions link.

Click the Add Upsell Promotion button.

Step 2:  Configure the promotion

Choose a product to upgrade from on the Product menu.

Choose a product to upgrade to on the Related Product menu.

Enter a slogan for your customer to read in the Slogan box.

Click the Add Upsell Promotion button.
