Sign in to Site Manager

Introduction

This article helps you learn how to sign in to your eMerchantClub e-commerce Web site’s Site Manager.

This article assumes that your Web site has been completed, and that you have received the notification e-mail that contains your user name and password.

 

 

Instructions

Using Internet Explorer, enter your Web site’s manager address on the Address line.  The manager address is your domain name followed by /manager, as in the example to the right.

Note:  You must use the Address line, and not a search engine to enter your manager page.

 

 

A window will appear asking for your User name and Password.  Enter the information included in your site setup notification e-mail.  Click the  button.

 

 

A second window may appear asking for your User name and Password, due to new stringent security techniques.  Enter the correct information, and then click the  button.

 

 

If you see the screen stating “eMerchantClub Site Manager” at the top, you are now in your Site Manager.

 

 

If the site shows the login screen again, then either the User name or the Password are not correct.  Re-check the site setup notification e-mail, and make sure you enter the correct User name and Password.

Notes:  A zero (0) and an o (O) can look very similar, so try switching those characters if it does not work on your first try.

A one (1) and a l (L) and an i (I) can also look very similar, so try changing those characters if it does not work.
