Introduction

This article helps you learn how to access the e-mail on your eMerchantClub e-commerce Web site.

This article assumes that eMerchantClub manages your e-mail, that you have a domain name functioning correctly with your Web site.

 

 

Instructions

Sign in to read e-mail

Go to mail.yourdomainname.com  (replace “yourdomainname” with your Web site’s domain name).

 

 

Click the  button.

 

 

Enter your Site Manager user name in the User Name box, and enter your original Site Manager password into the Password box.  Do not change the Template Set or Cookie Login.

Click the  button.

Note:  If you change your Site Manager password, that does not change your e-mail password.  You can change your e-mail password after you sign in.

 

The screen now displays the Inbox and the e-mails in the Inbox.  Click on either the e-mail address of the sender, or the Subject line of the e-mail, to view the e-mail.

 

You now have actions you can perform with the e-mail, including deleting it, replying to the sender, forwarding it to another person, printing the e-mail, and moving it to another box.
