If you have purchased Gift Cards from SMC, you can use this Microsoft Word template to print labels for your cards.

This template works with:

·         AVERY LABEL #5260

·         AVERY LABEL #6460

·         Any label company with a White label the size of 1" x 2 5/8"

Instructions

Download the template by clicking here.

Use the Save button to save the file somewhere you can easily find it (such as your Desktop).

Open the template in Microsoft Word.

Example of how template should look:

~ Your name and/or business name

~ Your address (optional)

~ Your phone number

~ Your email

~ Your Gift Card Redemption Website Address

Print the page to the labels types shown above.
