This article will help you learn how PayPal Instant Payment Notification works with your v7 e-commerce Web site (version 7.05 or higher). Before this feature will work on your site, you must activate the feature on your PayPal account. (Learn how to activate it on your PayPal account)Once the feature is activated on your PayPal account, customer payments through PayPal will be reflected in the Orders section on your Web site. |

Step 1: View the order |

Sign in to your v7.05 (or higher) Site Manager. |

Click the Orders link |

Click the All Orders link |

Click on the Order ID for the particular order you are looking for |

Step 2: Payment display |

Have not set up IPN |

Refunded |

Customer denied the charge after it has occurred. This works like a credit card chargeback. This is a function of PayPal, not eMC. If this occurs, contact PayPal and your customer. |
